I have bought a house! It is 1620 sq ft. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, huge! Beautiful. Sits on 1/3 of an acre of property. There is a mature full tangerine tree in the back yard, a nice shady oak tree in the front yard. A vegtable garden with eggplants, tomato's, and corn in the back yard. It is all fenced in, and the front vs. back yards are gated from each other. It's perfect and I love it.
My first home. I move in this coming week sometime. I cannot describe the feeling. It's awesome. I own something. Mine! No more apartments, no more landlords, no more inspections, no more nothing. Mine!
