Happy New year everyone. This entry is going to be something I found interesting in Selaith's diary. I didn't think she would mind me borrowing the questions. Thanks Selaith, and Happy New year to you (insert hug here).


Questions for the 2003 end of year.

What did you do in 2003 that you'd never done before?

Spent a whole lot of time in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Did you keep your New Year resolution and will you make more for next year?

Yes to continue my education and that will remain my resolution.

Did anyone close to you give birth?

Yep, my daughter, Amy gave birth to a 3lb 3 oz baby girl named Dana Louise.

Did anyone close to you die?

Yes, Yvonne, my friend was murdered.

What countries did you visit?

None but I went out with a Canadian, does that constitute a country? Did I mention he is really really tall? hehe

What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003?

A car.

What date from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory and why?

September 25. Watching my granddaughter descend into the world.

What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Graduating Valedictorian from college with my Associates Degree in Computer Information Science.

What was your biggest failure?

My relationship with Byron.

Did you suffer illness or injury?

Diabetes, need I say more.

What was the best thing you bought?A huge winter coat for my daughter before she moved to Missouri.

Whose behavior merited celebration?

My daughter Lisa, she showed so much dedication to her education and she was reliable and responsible while I was out of town for a few weeks.

Where did most of your money go?

Bills.

What did you get really, really, really excited about?

Graduation.

What song will always remind you of 2003? Blue Rodeo - Lost together , and Try.

A new washing machine.

An Italian Charm bracelet, a bottle of Tommy girl and a mp3 player.

What was your favorite film of this year? I don't know.

What did you do on your birthday and how old were you?

Uh I don't remember and I was 36.

How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2003?

The casual look.

What kept you sane?

That would be assuming I am still sane after all the 2003 fun.

Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Yeah Keanu Reeves and Angeline Jolie still enrich this girls fantasy life, thank you.

Who was the best new person you met? Ginger.
