100 things So I have decided to do the 100 things about me thing.. only here is your warning.. some of it will be of a mature content and if you can't handle it or have problems with honesty and sexuality.. turn the page, so to speak. 1. I like cats, but I am not an animal person by far. I have no problem with folks wearing fur, or eating meat. I do not care if someone hunts for sport although I wouldn’t wear fur or go hunting. 2. I am afraid to touch most animals other then a cat, cus I do not want to get bitten. 3. I love camping. 4. I love water, the ocean, lakes, anything with water I am drawn too. 5. I want to sleep on the deck of a large sailboat in the middle of the ocean, naked under the stars, feeling the boat sway gently as the water laps against the sides and wake up in the early morning with the taste of salt water on my skin. That is my happy place! 6. I love to read. 7. I got pregnant when I was 16 years old. 8. I never cried when I lost that baby, I only found out I was pregnant when I lost it at a hospital and I think I just stayed in shock about it. 9. I think about that and wonder what I would have done if I hadn’t lost it. 10. I didn’t have the strength to get out of getting married when I was 18. I knew it was a mistake but I thought love could change all things. 11. I found out that love doesn’t change who we are, it just determines how much we are willing to put up with. 12. The first time I had oral sex, I did not know what I was doing at all. I literally blew on the guy’s member. It is one of my most embarrassing and funniest moments to date. The look on his face must have been priceless when he asked “what the fuck are you doing?” and the look on mine must have been even more priceless when he explained what I should be doing instead. 13. I love children, I wanted a large family. I still am open to the idea of adopting more at some point in my life but I am glad I cannot biologically have more of my own. 14. Pregnancy was so bad for my body that the last one almost killed me. 15. I feel a sense of failure when it comes to childbearing because of all the pregnancies I lost. 16. I have no patience or tolerance for stupidity. Stupid people piss me off. 17. I love spending time with elderly people; hearing about their lives and the wisdom age has brought to them. 18. I cry easily at sad movies. Okay the Maxwell House coffee commercials at Christmas just slay me. 19. I think one of the cutest things in the whole world is when a new baby stretches. 20. I hate to cook. 21. I love manatees and dolphins. 22. My favorite flower is the calla lily. 23. I like my hair and nails long. 24. I hate the thought of being 40. 25. I hated the thought of being 30 but now I like being in my 30’s better then I did my 20’s. 26. I think Keanu Reeves is one of the hottest men alive. Each time I see him on TV or in a movie, I always mumble “Good job God”. 27. I believe in God. 28. I do not believe in organized religion. 29. I still get nervous in the middle of the night when I have to get out of bed, cus there just might be an under the bed monster there. 30. I am terrified of monkeys. 31. I am allergic to lots of things including most perfumes. 32. My favorite perfume that I am not allergic too is Tommy Girl. 33. I like tattoos, especially on men. They are a turn on for me. 34. I have always gravitated to the “bad boy” type in my taste in men. 35. I really should change that taste. It’s just a heartache waiting to happen. 36. I have three tattoos, and the butterfly on my neck is awesome. I love the responses I get to it. It is small and tucked just under and behind my ear. I love when someone notices it cus my hair is pulled back, I always know by the shock on their face. Most people think its pretty once they have seen it. All ask if it hurt. 37. I loved the sensation of getting inked so much that I almost came when getting the one on my neck. 38. I don’t like piercing. 39. I don’t have a quick temper but rather a long fuse. When I finally lose my temper, the best thing the person who made me mad can do is tuck and roll, baby. Give me space and I will be fine. 40. I ignore unpleasant things as long as possible. 41. I hate when strangers touch me. 42. I never went to my prom. I had a date but couldn’t get a dress. I envy those who went. 43. I love the feel of sunshine on my face. 44. I do not wear makeup. 45. The only feature that I like on me is my eyes. 46. I get migraines from hell. 47. I am not afraid of death; it is the dying process that bothers me. 48. I love the color pink. 49. I like romance, romantic things, roses, dipping, dancing, candles etc. 50. I think everyone should embrace their sexuality completely. I believe that sex can be a great thing if one is open minded and willing to experience the entire package and not just the climax. 51. I am of the opinion that anything sexual that is consensual by all parties should be free from judgment of others, outside of obvisious things such as children involved. 52. I love my leather fleece lined wrist cuffs. 53. I am addicted to cigarettes and I hate it. 54. I love going to school. 55. I want to eventually become a professor. 56. I love the scent of a man wearing Drakar. 57. I have no patience for men that whine or act stupid. 58. I have no patience for women who act bitchy. 59. I think all babies should be held often and that spoiling a baby is okay because it is the only time in a person’s life when you can hold them like that. I firmly believe that holding and rocking a baby makes them feel more secure and loved. 60. I think to offset having a child turn into a brat is by setting limits and following through on them when they are toddlers. 61. I think my kids are amazing people and am constantly awed by things they think or do. 62. I think my oldest child is too much like her father and it breaks my heart to know the pain that will cause her in life. 63. I hate dealing with people in authority and will avoid it if I can. I have this fear that I will be in trouble, otherwise. 64. I love waving to crossing guards. It makes me laugh my head off for some unknown reason. 65. My children’s schools don’t like me because I do not conform easily when it comes to my children. I feel I am their advocate and will question their (the schools) authority over my offspring. 66. I love a man in uniform. I couldn’t live near a military base; I would end up becoming the slut from hell or something. 67. I don’t agree with the war, but I think that since we are there we need to finish what we started and rebuild what we destroyed. 68. I don’t understand politics. 69. I love reading and hearing about the paranormal. 70. My favorite show is the “I Love Lucy” show. I think that it is so classically funny. 71. I am excellent at keeping secrets. I am also absent-minded which helps out a lot in the keeping of such! 72. I love coffee. 73. I hate driving. 74. I don’t like soda. 75. I adore my new granddaughter. 76. I have learned that I can handle almost anything that comes my way. 77. I refuse to speak to my natural father. I haven’t spoken to him in almost 10 years now. 78. I love the sound of rain against the windows. 79. I hate being cold, if I get too cold, I will cry. 80. I love hearing “I love you” and being able to believe whomever said it means it. 81. I hate hearing “I love you” and not believing it. 82. I love laughing. 83. I don’t like being around people who are always in bad moods or negative. 84. I want a salt-water fish aquarium. 85. I like feeling safe and protected. 86. I love good surprises and presents. 87. I love getting mail, e-mail or regular mail. Doesn’t matter as long as it is not a bill or a sales pitch. 88. I hate the sound of bagpipes. 89. I want to take vacations to exotic tropical places. 90. I am known to faint at the sight of blood. 91. I hate hospitals. 92. I love working on projects. 93. I want to write a book one day. 94. I used to write poetry and had a collection of over 1,000. One day my ex-husband burned them all because he thought they were too morbid. 95. I never really wrote poems again. 96. I love buying books for my kids and them actually reading them. 97. I like the smell of bleach or pine sol, I like clean places. 98. I get nervous when my house is cluttered or messy. 99. I love swimming pools. 100. The best thing in the world is sitting on the beach at sunrise with a cup of coffee snuggled up against your partner quietly taking it all in. |
